About Ian CHAIT

Hello, my name is Ian Chait. I’m a professional, full-time real estate agent and branch broker of The Gray Door Group Brokered by Barrett Real Estate based in Scottsdale, Arizona. After the opportunity to see the world from touring in the mid ‘80’s as a lead vocalist, I settled in Phoenix, Arizona. It’s at this point, I secured my first investment deal that began my life-long career in the Real Estate business. Along the way, I’ve assisted in hundreds of transactions that provided me the real-life education providing me the knowledge, the skill-set and the expertise necessary to become the top tier agent I am today. I’ve earned a solid reputation among my peers and have been fortunate to make many friendships with repeat clients and their families along the way. During the early 2000’s, I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Phoenix. I have grown my team to over 30 agents that serve the Phoenix Metro area along with Tucson, Flagstaff and several other cities throughout Arizona. We offer you a true, uplifting level of attention, and uncompromised care that other firms can only dream of obtaining. I take my business very personal! I’m a compassionate teacher, disciple of higher learning, and I host a local real estate radio program on AM 1100 KFNX. Professional life aside, I believe that one of the greatest joys a person can experience is the ability to make a real difference in someone else’s life. Some of the ways I give back to our beautiful community includes active participation working with cancer survivors, continuing their successes in life while in remission. I also find great reward in helping at-risk youths move in a positive direction with the love, help and support they need to keep reaching their ever-growing achievements. As of late, Financial Education of consumers (Credit, Debt Payoff, Family Asset Protection) has become a real passion of mine. This gives people the Education of Money they never got in school.
